State establishment Scientific – research institute of pharmacology of Tomsk scientific center of Siberian department of Russian academy of medical sciences.

The institute of pharmacology of Tomsk scientific center RAMS was opened on 23 May 1984 as a Siberian branch of the institute of pharmacology of the academy of medical sciences of the Soviet Union. It was transformed into the institute of pharmacology of Tomsk scientific center of academy of medical sciences in 1986. The director and organizer of this institute is the academician E. D. Goldberg.

The main trends of researches are search, making and study of new medicines of vegetable and synthetic origin for oncology, cardiologic, neurological practice and the clinics of illnesses of blood system.
